Approximate 3 foot diameter Moon globe centered over Mare Imbrium with Plato near bottom center and Archimedes at center, near-top. It is fitting to have this globe located in front of the Lunar and Planetary Lab. in which Gerald Kuiper was a central figure in the early space craft exploration of the Moon. Kuiper also considered himself an artisitic person and his Lunar Lab hired sculpter Ralph Turner to made three dimensional models of the central peak of the crater Alphonsus and the Aristarchus Plateau. I do not know who made this model.
