LPOD-2004-09-13.jpeg

Evocative Moon

The thin crescent Moon, low in the sky and framed by Earth life and clouds, is the most inspiring view of the Moon. No science needed, just the pleasure of being alive and observant.

Chuck Wood

Technical Details:
Composition of two pictures - more clouds added to the background. Camera for both pictures was a Nikon D100, once with 180mm Nikon + 2x teleconvertor, background clouds added with 85mm Nikon.
