<p>Every once in a while I come across an image that has been disassociated from its identification. Here is one, a somewhat indifferent image that looks quite familiar - obviously somewhere in the southern highlands - but not easily recognized. Can someone say where this is, and why it looks odd? Oddly Familiar

Every once in a while I come across an image that has been disassociated from its identification. Here is one, a somewhat indifferent image that looks quite familiar - obviously somewhere in the southern highlands - but not easily recognized. Can someone say where this is, and why it looks odd?
